Jombang is a small city in the country call Indonesia. Outstretched between 7.20 and 7.45, 5.20º Southern Latitude – 5.30º Longitude East. Jombang in the lowland location on 44 meters above the sea, landmass of the Jombang regency is 115.950 Ha: 1,159.5 km² and has 21 sub districts with 360 villages. From Surabaya (capital city of East Java) about an hour and half ride southwest direction. Jombang in very strategic location, be intersection between Surabaya-Madiun-Jogjakarta which is call as South Traffic Lane (Jalur Selatan) in Java Island then traffic-lane Surabaya-Tulungagung, and Malang-Tuban.


“Jombang” is an acronym from Javanese language, “Ijo” (Green) and “Abang”(Red). Ijo represent Islamic religious community and abang represent patriotic and nationalism community. Those two communities live side by side. Element green and red draw on basic color of the Jombang Regency logo.
